When did you realize you were a quirky black girl?
When people , including my family kept asking me what tribe I was from because of my dressing. I realised I was also a quirky black girl when I decided to shave my hair off and go aunaturale. When I realised I could see some kind of grand design in everything, how I get excited and easily obssesed over things, sometimes I honestly think I am mad , When I decided to argue my cases using spoken words and finding truth's in proverbs. When I took a subject just because I wanted to learn one topic! I buy clothes because they remind me of Africa. When I realised I loved lipgloss and shopping just as much as I loved Politics,History and Literature!

Quircky is me. I'm way different, dramatic, too irrational, emotionally unbalanced, I overeact occasionally too things honestly it's either I am so happy or so depressed. I live on a natural high. Quirky is when you see things from a lot of different perspectives in a quirky way out of the norm. Quircky is creative, adventorous, fun; quircky is loud and queit. This is a part of a poem I wrote: Black is not just a colour, Black is my face. If I am having a 'black' day it doesn't mean I am having a 'ghetto' day,I am no stereotype.
