- when as a little girl i saw how pretty and colorful the scales were on the fishes and I wanted that prettiness on me

- eccentric, different, bold, unique, out of the ordinary, like a season...funny

- the revolution, beautiful, empowering, strong, powerful, my ancestors, my people (regardless of latino)..my wife...ME

- YO, Earth, Mama Afrika, mom, strong, feminine, Aunt Sally..we can do it all...
- What kind of quirky things do you like to do?
- play "HUMAN" leap over the frog..lol, download "old skool" ringtones and compete with my friends as to who can go wayy back..lol, run around the house while my puppy chases me, flush the toilet while my lady takes a shower [makes water hotter..ha],..etc
- How do you embrace your quirky?
- I am ME everyday...a proud and out AFRO-LATINA lesbian who embraces it everydayyy....wear my hair out crazy as it is...too many curls it looks like a bush..some point and laugh but I say: "long hair don't care."

- neo-soul music, soul-food, intellectual and like minded women like myself, proud to be black sistas, poets, jill scott, my nana..the revolution and Angela Davis as my teacher..

Coworkers [are they really friends or coworkers ?? ]
So I'm right now sitting at my desk and there's this coworker of mine whom I've grown really cool with and we connect [so cool she comes over to my house frequently and was even invited for wrestlemania]; anyhow...so today this situation occurs: some executives who were visiting from Madrid needed some stationery supplies and being that I didn't have any I asked her [but please keep in mind that she works for Sovereign and is an administrative assistant to the president of Sovereign Bank]
