I think IF BET Execs are not willing to take action on this, they should lose their jobs. But we first need to spell out what we want them to DO.. not just what we don't want them to do.

- a little off, but in a good way. it means you have character!

- bake brownies and cookies at random hours.

walk on my tip toes in my house.
pretend im good at freestyling.

- no apologies. i try not to care about what other ppl think of me, particularly when it comes to my character and things i like about myself.

- we embrace the quirkiness in ourselves and others. no judging... we see the grace in it all.
