When did you realize you were a quirky black girl?
About the time I started college.
What does "quirky" mean to you?
Quirky means that no matter how different or same you are, you are still different.
What does "black" mean to you?
Blak in and of itself doesn't mean anything to me. However, I have a passion for my people and recoginze the struggle that we are in. I recognize our beauty.
What does "girl" mean to you?
Girl means to me someone who hasn't reach full womanhood yet.
What kind of quirky things do you like to do?
Well I guess listening to music other than hip hop and r&b would be considered "quirky" to some. I also HATE matching when i dress, so I guess that's quirky.
How do you embrace your quirky?
By being me, unapologetically.
What does your ideal quirky black girl world look like?
A world where we are all embraced.
