- When the fellas began to swarm like crazy. They just couldn't (and still can't) resist my wacky charm.
- What kind of quirky things do you like to do?
- I like to dance whenever there's music; I like to sing to that music holding an imaginary microphone in my fist; I like to pretend I'm Stephen T. Colbert; I like to be witty, at all costs; I like to surprise, and be surprised.
- How do you embrace your quirky?
- It embraces me.
- What does your ideal quirky black girl world look like?
- Natural hair, everywhere. Everybody wearing colors. Black girls who dress organically, to impress ourselves, not our men.
