- When did you realize you were a quirky black girl?
- When i was always the "weird one" among family and friends from about the age of 5

- not "off beat" just my own beat

- the one thing i can still be proud of even when i sometimes feel that everything else about me may suck!
- What does "girl" mean to you?
- the more i become a woman, the more i appreciate the "girl" in me (and desperatly try to cling on to it!)
- What kind of quirky things do you like to do?
- i lcollect mini cacti, i have way too many stuffed animals for someone my age(!) a secret love for music from the 50's and a stationary fetish(!) and a love of Jim Henson shows, just off the top of my head. Does any of that count as "quirky"??!! Do i qualify?
- How do you embrace your quirky?
- by being fully myself whenever i am around children. I also proudly accept my position in my family as the "weird one"!
- What does your ideal quirky black girl world look like?
- technicolour paisley! seriously, i would say more people like me, but then i would no longer be considered "quirky"
